OUR PURPOSE
People are programmed to move. In today's modern age, our mobility is restricted and we encounter various orthopedic and physiological problems. Especially office workers and those who stand for long periods of time encounter such problems very frequently. In this regard, our aim is to eliminate orthopedic and physiological problems in employees and increase their quality of life by agreeing with companies. In this project we carried out, we largely eliminated the orthopedic and physiological problems of Hero Baby employees, as well as reducing their fat content and increasing their muscle mass.

WORKSHOP FOR IN-COMPANY EMPLOYEES
Work Shop lasts 1 day.
The most important feature of the workshop is that it identifies employees' problems and raises awareness.
In this way, employees know what kind of service they should receive in response to their problems.
WorkShop Consists of Three Stages
First stage
Measurement analysis is performed.
In the second stage
It gives brief theoretical information about the analyses.
In the third stage
We teach you why these exercises are done by having you do various exercises in line with the data we obtain from the analyses.
